Designed the public-facing website for a rehab and care center in Palm Springs, California. I set up Google Analytics to provide insights into the user journey for ongoing optimization. Used SEM rush and Yoast SEO tools to inform my digital marketing strategy and improved SEO and keyword ranking to drive more quality traffic. I used my advanced understanding of content strategy to improve conversions. I managed organic and paid campaigns, designed email templates, and course funnels, built the social media calendar, managed the content for the blog and social media, and managed writers and guest bloggers. I held regular Zoom meetings with the key stakeholders to manage expectations and project outcomes. I shot and edited promo videos, and automated weekly web health reports and monthly analytics reports.
The Rehab owners sold this business and Scott Kiloby’s team works virtually now since the Covid pandemic.
