Mobile Prototype for Unite Directory App
I designed the mobile prototype for the Unite Directory App, a comprehensive solution for global access to human rights professionals. The design was tailored for responsive functionality across multiple platforms, including Android, iPhone, iPad, and other devices. Key features included:
- Fuzzy search capability: Users could search with misspelled names and still receive accurate, relevant results.
- Direct dial/email functionality: Enabled users to quickly contact individuals with one click, improving efficiency.
- EIDMS integration: Implemented single sign-on (SSO) functionality to streamline the user experience and ensure secure access across platforms.
This project not only enhanced accessibility for a global network of users but also ensured a user-friendly interface that supported the United Nations’ mission of connectivity and collaboration.

As part of the Pepsi delivery driver’s handheld application project, I designed a comprehensive set of intuitive icons that streamlined the user experience and improved overall workflow efficiency. Each icon was carefully crafted to visually represent critical functions, including Inventory Report, Sales Report, End of Run Report, Synchronize, Info, Start Day, Sales, End Day, Time Clock, and Deliveries. By focusing on clarity and simplicity, I ensured that the icons would be easily recognizable and quickly navigable in fast-paced, on-the-go environments. The designs not only enhanced usability but also contributed to increased productivity and reduced training time for delivery personnel.

The Knot Shop & Wedding Channel Websites
Collaborated with product and marketing teams to plan and execute weekly promotional campaigns for The Knot Shop, including homepage takeovers and widget updates on The Knot and Wedding Channel websites. I managed content scheduling across eCommerce and mobile platforms using Mediachase CMS and optimized the The Knot Shop widget placement via Sitecore CMS to boost user engagement.
Additionally, I scheduled and maintained homepage takeover ads through DFP DoubleClick for Publishers, supported graphic design needs with Adobe Photoshop, and contributed to SEO for American Bridal by writing meta descriptions to improve search visibility.

I managed the full spectrum of digital marketing projects for TDS, including SEO, website optimization, landing pages, and email campaigns, driving brand visibility and demand across all digital channels. Additionally, I developed and implemented social media strategies, created content calendars, and handled reporting to ensure consistent engagement and performance improvement.
Using Adobe XD, I designed user-friendly prototypes for Bus Ticket Kiosks, enhancing the customer experience at physical locations. I also gathered and analyzed data to provide actionable insights for optimization and performance reporting. Beyond digital media, I designed sales and marketing print collateral to support broader marketing initiatives.

Rehab Center in Palm Springs, California.
I designed and developed the public-facing website for a leading rehab and care center in Palm Springs, California, optimizing the user experience and driving higher quality traffic through data-driven strategies. I implemented Google Analytics to gain valuable insights into user behavior, using SEMrush and Yoast SEO to refine the digital marketing strategy and improve keyword rankings. This led to a significant increase in traffic and conversions.
In addition to managing both organic and paid campaigns, I designed email templates, built course funnels, and developed a comprehensive social media calendar. I also managed blog and social media content, overseeing writers and guest bloggers to ensure consistent, engaging content. Regular Zoom meetings with key stakeholders allowed me to effectively manage expectations and project outcomes.
To further enhance the center’s digital presence, I shot and edited promotional videos and automated web health and analytics reports, ensuring continuous optimization and performance tracking. Following the sale of the rehab center, Scott Kiloby’s team has since transitioned to a fully virtual model due to the pandemic.

I’m honored to have worked on refreshing the public-facing website for the world’s oldest surviving skatepark. As part of the update, I designed the Vert Revival Fundraising landing page, updated the Kona Clubhouse events calendar, and updated the plugins. In addition, I added a plugin to feature their Instagram feed. I provided an SEO audit, updated each page with keywords, added Google Analytics, and automated monthly web health reports.

Managed email marketing campaigns, A/B testing, and user experience enhancements to drive engagement. Established key partnerships and oversaw the Affiliate Partner Program, coordinating with major industry players. Led the development and optimization of the public-facing website for The Pump House Station, a popular restaurant in Sedona, AZ. Enhanced the restaurant’s online visibility through strategic SEO efforts and optimized social media content, driving improved search rankings and increased customer engagement.
Provided monthly web health reports to track performance and identify opportunities for continued optimization. Produced high-quality videos and photography for the website to showcase the restaurant’s offerings and atmosphere, elevating the visual appeal of the brand.
Additionally, I consulted with the staff on effective social media strategies and provided training on managing the website’s backend, enabling them to efficiently update the menu and maintain the site.

The website serves as a platform to showcase the band’s music on popular streaming platforms like Spotify and YouTube, as well as to announce their upcoming shows to their fans and followers.
